Can I pay over the phone?
We only accept payments through our website and do not offer over the phone processing. 

We accept VisaMastercardDiscover and  debit transfers/eChecks/
American Express through Paypal.

How can I track my order?
Simply log-in, and go to your Order History page. There you will find all of your orders with shipment and refund notifications.

What does each status mean on my Order History?
1) Processing - Your order payment has been accepted
2) Pending - Your order is being pulled and being prepared to ship
3) Shipped - Your order was shipped via UPS or USPS
4) Update - Your order was updated with notes from us
5) Cancelled - Your order was cancelled. 

Do you ship internationally?
Currently Bulkecandy only ships within the United States. 

Can I use my UPS or FedEX account for shipping?
Certainly! If you would like to use your own company's shipping account for orders, please contact us for special instructions before confirming your order.

Can I pick up my order?
We currently do not allow local pickup.
